JOHN A. McNALLY, III
John A. McNally, III, handles a broad variety of legal areas, such as Social Security disability and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), wealth transfers (including estates, guardianships and trusts), and personal injury and wrongful death matters (automobile, legal and medical negligence and products liability). Additionally, he handles a large volume of pro bono work.
Attorney McNally belongs to a number of professional associations; including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (N.O.S.S.C.R.), the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (A.T.L.A.), the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers (Social Security Chairman) and the National Crime Victim Bar Association. He has served on the Boards of the Trumbull County Children Services Board, the Catholic Service League, Northeast Ohio Legal Services, Ursuline High School, St. Edward Parish and the Youngstown Country Club.
He received his bachelor's degree from the School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University (B.S.F.S. '67). He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law School (J.D. '71), and graduated from Cornell University with his Master of Arts (M.A. '70).
He and his wife, Jeanne Hall McNally, have four children.
